"Scoot"
I really can't suggest this book. It's pretty much a cut and paste job of information than can easily be found on the web. Not the worst book I've ever owned, but, in the end, not really helpful. I'm sure Christopher is a nice enough guy and means well, but that doesn't make for a helpful book.
