General Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using 2nd Day will arrive in two business days from the day it is shipped. Please verify you have received all items on arrival. Not responsible for missing items 30 days after delivery.

International orders may be shipped via one of several shippers. We are not responsible for nor do we know in advance Customs, Duty or Broker fees charged at non-USA destinations! 2011 Christmas Holiday Schedule:
The following applies to shipping within the contiguous 48 states. For holiday cutoff dates for Alaska and Hawaii and locations outside the United States see the bottom of the page. Please note that nothing in the below holiday schedules changes our General Shipping Policy stated above.
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday the 20th will be shipped that day if at all possible. We will ship standard shipping orders via Priority Mail on the 20th which should in theory arrive by Friday the 23rd based on USPS guidelines. Anything shipped after the 20th via standard shipping will probably not make it by Christmas.

Second Day Shipping:
Second day shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Wednesday the 21st will be shipped that day if at all possible. We will ship second day shipping orders via FedEx on the 21st which should arrive on Friday the 23rd. Anything shipped after the 21st via second day shipping will not make it by Christmas.

Overnight Shipping (Week before Christmas Only):
We will have overnight shipping on the week before Christmas. Overnight shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday the 22nd will be shipped that day if at all possible. We will ship overnight shipping orders via FedEx on the 22nd which should arrive on Friday the 23rd. Anything shipped after the 22nd via overnight shipping will not make it by Christmas.
