General Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders that arrive by 5:00 PM Central time the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using 2nd Day will arrive in two business days from the day it is shipped. Please verify you have received all items on arrival.
We are not responsible for missing items 15 days after delivery. As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. Should you discover an item missing notify our customer service within 15 days of the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for any missing item or part after that time period. If you see or discover shipping damage after opening your package notify the carrier immediately and make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage.
2012 Christmas Holiday Schedule:
The following applies to shipping within the contiguous 48 states. For holiday cutoff dates for Alaska and Hawaii and locations outside the United States see the bottom of the page. Please note that nothing in the below holiday schedules changes our General Shipping Policy stated above.
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday the 18th will be shipped that day or the next. We will ship standard shipping orders via Priority Mail which should arrive between Friday the 21st and Monday the 24th based on USPS guidelines and taking handling time into consideration. Anything ordered after the 18th via standard shipping may not make it by Christmas.
PLEASE NOTE: The Porta-Sound Stand™ and Auralex products other than MoPads, MudGuards and TEMP Tabs cannot be delivered in this time frame due to longer processing times. The Porta-Sound Stand can only be delivered to the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.

Second Day Shipping:
Second day shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Wednesday the 19th will be shipped that day or the next. We will ship second day shipping orders via FedEx which should arrive by Monday the 24th taking into consideration handling time. Anything ordered after the 19th via second day shipping may not make it by Christmas.
PLEASE NOTE: The Porta-Sound Stand™ and Auralex products other than MoPads, MudGuards and TEMP Tabs cannot be delivered using Second Day Shipping.

Overnight Shipping (Week before Christmas Only):
We will have overnight shipping on the week before Christmas. Overnight shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday the 20th will be shipped that day or the next. We will ship overnight shipping orders via FedEx which should arrive by Monday the 24th taking handling time into consideration. Anything ordered after the 20th via overnight shipping may not make it by Christmas.
