General Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using 2nd Day will arrive in two business days from the day it is shipped.
Christmas Holiday Schedule:
Please note that nothing in the below holiday schedules changes our General Shipping Policy stated above.
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Monday the 21st will be shipped that day if at all possible. We will ship standard shipping orders via Priority Mail on the 21st which should in theory arrive by the 24th based on USPS guidelines. PLEASE NOTE: The system does not send order information to us immediately! Orders submitted in the afternoon may not get to us by 5:00 PM. Please make your orders early!
Second Day Shipping:
Second day shipping orders received by us by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday the 22nd will be shipped that day if at all possible. We will ship second day shipping orders via FedEx on the 22nd which should arrive on the 24th. PLEASE NOTE: The system does not send order information to us immediately! Orders submitted in the afternoon may not get to us by 5:00 PM. Please make your orders early!
