General Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders that arrive by 5:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using 2nd Day will arrive in two business days from the day it is shipped. Please verify you have received all items on arrival.

Items marked Free Shipping In US by are delivered by Amazon delivery services in 2 Business Days from time of shipment in the 48 contiguous United States and 3 to 7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

2017 Holiday Schedule
Most of our products are now shipped by Amazon and are clearly marked as such. Delivery information is sent to Amazon instantly upon completion of your order. We have found that usually they are quite quick in processing shipments but occasionally may take a day or so to ship an item. Remember that their 2 business day delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and 3 to 7 days standard delivery most other locations in the US starts from when an item is shipped, not from when the order is placed.
Items such as our Auralex products and the Porta-Sound Stand are drop shipped from the manufacturer and take extra processing time. They should be ordered by December 15th to have a chance of arriving before Christmas. Books and our VO baseball cap are shipped from our Illinois office and will be shipped via Priority Mail same day whenever possible (see 1st paragraph). Priority Mail is usually 2 to 3 days depending on your location.
International orders cannot be assured of arriving before Christmas.

We are not responsible for missing items 15 days after delivery. As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. Should you discover an item missing notify our customer service within 15 days of the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for any missing item or part after that time period. If you see or discover shipping damage after opening your package notify the carrier immediately and make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage.
