Shipping policy
Our goal is to initiate shipment of orders as soon as possible. In some cases items in an order will be shipped separately. We will notify you with tracking info for each shipment. On delivery please verify you have received all items on your order.
Many of our products are drop shipped from the manufacturer and take extra processing time.
Missing Items
We are not responsible for missing items 15 days after delivery. As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. Should you discover an item missing notify our customer service within 15 days of the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for any missing item or part after that time period. If you see or discover shipping damage after opening your package notify the carrier immediately and make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage.
International Shipments
We ship to most international locations. Please Note: Shipping charges at time of checkout do not include custom fees, duties or VAT.
