Refund policy

Voice Over Essentials wants you to be a satisfied customer and you can return any item we stock and ship for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in it's original packaging with all accessories and be in ready-to-be sold new condition.  No refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

E-mail terri.lee@voiceoveressentials.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to send the merchandise to. Mark the RMA clearly on the outside of your package and return within 15 days shipped prepaid (we will not accept C.O.D.) shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend insuring & tracking the package. Once items are received and processed your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
